Job Title: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 14,000 employees across 160+ Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities in Texas.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with processing corporate payroll twice a month for 350+ employees
  • Set up legal entity acquisitions and enter shift differentials into the Dayforce system
  • Process employee paperwork in the payroll inbox and work with Human Resources on DOL audit information
  • Work on projects assigned by the Director of Payroll
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience with payroll processing and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and spreadsheet creation
  • Familiarity with payroll processing programs and auditing
