We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 14,000 employees across 160+ Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities in Texas.
Responsibilities:- Assist with processing corporate payroll twice a month for 350+ employees
- Set up legal entity acquisitions and enter shift differentials into the Dayforce system
- Process employee paperwork in the payroll inbox and work with Human Resources on DOL audit information
- Work on projects assigned by the Director of Payroll
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience with payroll processing and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and spreadsheet creation
- Familiarity with payroll processing programs and auditing
