Knowledge Manager

DCS Corp is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager to provide support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).
Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for finding, mapping, gathering, and filtering information to support the development of new knowledge. They will also be responsible for converting personal knowledge into shared knowledge, shaping understanding and learning, and providing training manager functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of new knowledge and conversion of personal knowledge into shared knowledge.
- Shaping understanding and learning, including training manager functions.
- Providing program level acquisition support to the Program Manager and Integrated Product Team Leads.
- Supporting cost and schedule reduction activities for acquisition and development efforts.
- Providing expert Program Management inputs to Request for Proposal (RFPs).
- Reviewing acquisition documents and providing comments with programmatic perspective.
- Supporting the implementation and execution of acquisition and development effort processes.
- Providing non-technical acquisition program management.
- Assisting with planning, evaluating, and implementing program acquisition strategies.
- Supporting the development of source selection strategies and evaluation criteria.
- Keeping abreast of DoD acquisition reform policies and Air Force Instructions.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma plus 13 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
- Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret/SCI level clearance.
- Familiar with cloud-based systems, including management and projection of cost and performance.
- Familiar with agile methods and CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps principals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management.
- Possess knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.
