Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at MAINSAIL Group. This role will involve directing, developing, or performing logistics management operations that support a specified mission, weapons system, or program.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the acquisition lifecycle, product support planning, and defense acquisition management processes. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing logistics management plans and schedules
  • Coordinating with functional specialists to identify specific requirements and develop plans to meet each requirement on time
  • Leading project teams in completing complex projects
  • Providing expertise on logistics management processes and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in defense acquisition management processes and procedures

Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree
  • Clearance requirement (Secret)
  • U.S. Citizenship
