Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Community Liaison to join our team at Propio Language Services. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. Your expertise will enable us to deliver exceptional interpretation services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to use their language skills to help people and be passionate about what they do.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You will be responsible for providing consecutive in-person and virtually both by phone and video remote first-person interpretation, following interpreter protocols and procedures as required by Propio L.S. clients, and maintaining strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA, and/or regulatory requirements or policies and standards.
