Position Summary:

We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for an environmental professional eager to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will possess 2-4 years of practical experience in environmental permitting and compliance, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary expert in environmental program management, focusing on compliance, permitting, and reporting.
  • Lead the creation and execution of environmental programs, ensuring adherence to regulations at various facilities.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, inspections, and audits to verify ongoing adherence to environmental permits and regulations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees on environmental policies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, including inspections and audits.
  • Stay informed about changes in environmental legislation and assess their implications for company operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in environmental compliance and permitting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.

Work Environment:

This position is safety-sensitive and requires a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. The role may involve occasional travel and fieldwork in various environmental conditions.
