Position Overview

KEY INFORMATION -
- We provide competitive compensation and benefits – Starting pay of $20.00 per hour with no prior experience necessary; $22.00 per hour for candidates with a CDL. Enjoy 2 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave. Opportunities for overtime, project-based bonuses, and performance-based raises are available. Employees can also benefit from a $2,000 referral bonus and reimbursement for CDL training.
- We offer travel opportunities – Our operations primarily occur within the Bay Area and Silicon Valley, with approximately 60% travel required. Most employees return home each night, with projects typically scheduled Monday through Friday, occasionally including weekends and night shifts. Employees traveling for work will have private accommodations at no cost and receive per diem.
- We provide professional growth opportunities – Participate in our comprehensive CORE Safety Training Program, with all necessary safety equipment supplied. We encourage flexible career paths, mentorship, and exploration of various projects across the nation.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as well as maintaining a clean driving record, in compliance with DOT regulations.
- While prior experience with Geoprobe, drilling, injection equipment, or environmental remediation technologies is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE -
- Operate and maintain Cascade's drilling rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other machinery.
- Work outdoors year-round as part of a small crew.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to solve problems and enhance productivity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Follow DOT regulations diligently.
- Engage in physical labor, including shoveling drilling debris and transporting materials safely.
- Keep all required certifications and training up to date.
- Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS -
- Successful completion of a drug test.
- Positive results from a background check (authorization for routine checks is required) – offenses will be evaluated individually.
- A valid Driver's License for your state of residence and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report results.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an interstate DOT Medical Card and comply with all Federal Interstate FMCSA requirements for operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
- Successful completion of a HAZWOPER physical.
- Verification of your legal right to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
