Position Overview:

Nutanix is in search of a highly skilled Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) professional to oversee and direct environmental compliance initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to environmental regulations and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor a team of environmental specialists.
  • Supervise the environmental team to provide insights and direction on compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate communication with various site functions.
  • Administer the Hazardous Waste Management Program.
  • Support the facility operations while possessing a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Manage projects related to environmental compliance activities.
  • Assist remote sites with compliance-related challenges.
  • Oversee external consultants to enhance environmental performance and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals.
  • Implement environmental compliance programs across multiple locations.
  • Ensure adherence to hazardous materials regulations.
  • Lead investigations into environmental incidents.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and analyze environmental legislation trends.
  • Participate in the assessment of global environmental regulations.

Additional Information:
  • This is a full-time position.
  • No relocation is required.
  • Salary Range: $128,000 - $176,000, based on various factors.
  • Comprehensive benefits package available.
  • Eligible for bonus and stock award programs.
