Help Desk Support Specialist

GuideIT is a technology services company based in the US, focusing on providing value to its customers through technology alignment and optimization. The company is currently seeking an experienced End User Support Technician to join their Dallas, TX team.About the Role
This support position requires strong teamwork, communication, and a passion for working directly with end users. The technician will work with cross-functional teams at an onsite customer facility in a VIP heavy environment, emphasizing professionalism, competence, and timely responsiveness.Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct End-User Computing support for users across all offices and remote sites.
- Deliver outstanding customer support to End Users on all information systems used.
- Perform Request, Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes within Service Level expectations.
- Maintain a general understanding of corporate structure and awareness of business workflow in each department.
- Proactively communicate and deliver support at exceptional levels for VIP users.
- 5 years of direct customer IT support experience.
- Ability to adapt to new technology introduced into the environment.
- Cisco phone experience.
- Basic audio/visual experience.
- Basic Active Directory experience.
- Strong technical skills, effective communication, and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
