About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Grundfos. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term strategic relationships with our Key Account customers to drive revenue growth and establish Grundfos as their preferred supplier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Delivery and Realization: Ensure value delivery, realization, and overall customer success for Key Accounts while acting as a principal lead for project execution, and review startup checklist, schedule startup, post startup product support, escalation, and schedule changes.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement processes to drive the business forward, better serving the customer and the organization.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee key customer lifecycle stages post sale to ensure a long-term business relationship is established.
  • Solution Development: Drive solutions with customer stakeholders; train and educate customers in fully adopting the solutions.
  • Interface Management: Be the Peerless interface with each Key Account's required business tools for billing, shipping, installation scheduling, etc.
  • Order Management: Act as a single point of contact for all information pertaining to customer orders.
  • Communication: Communicate with both technical and non-technical resources within the factory to obtain the information necessary to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Contract Completion: Tie up loose ends for contract or order completion.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred but experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer success management; ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, previous experience with SAP (including SAP CS module) is preferred, previous experience with account relationship and account management skills, experience with stakeholder management and the ability to interface with teams to help solve customer problems in the best way possible.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work 2-3 days a week onsite in our Indianapolis facility.
  • Personal Qualities: Action oriented and motivated to deliver high customer service results independently, resourceful, persistent, and agile; taking a holistic view of situations to drive the best creative solutions for the customer and Peerless, excellent critical reasoning skills and strong technical aptitude.
