  • Understand tasks and how they relate to others on the team, working under close supervision.
  • Assemble component parts, utilizing manual and automatic machine operation.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications, identifying and escalating quality non-conformances.
  • Complete required Device History Records and manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices.
  • Participate in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Expand skill base through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classroom instruction.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Actively participate in flex break programs as required.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years related work experience.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to learn assembly operations and work under close supervision.
