Transformative Leadership Opportunity

At Danaher Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled DBSL Manager to drive transformative change in our Hardware Operations Plant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for applying DBS tools to improve KPIs, actively participating in DM to solve problems, and coaching and mentoring work teams to build sustainable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply DBS to drive transformative change to improve KPIs in the Hardware Operations Plant
  • Actively participate in DM to take action and solve problems
  • Coach and mentor work teams to build sustainable processes that deliver on KPIs
  • Collaborate with others, asking for feedback and reacting constructively
  • Take initiative and accountability for corrective measures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience, or Doctoral degree with 9+ years of experience
  • 4 years of experience with application continuous improvement/lean manufacturing
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor associates and teams of various levels from production associates to Sr. Leadership roles
  • Displays a positive attitude in the face of difficult or challenging situations
