Assembly & Test Technician

Marotta Controls, Inc. is a leading technology business specializing in the design, development, and production of precision control components and systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and assembling electromechanical products for Power and Actuation Systems brushless dc motor applications.

This role involves conducting and assisting in the assembly and test of production hardware and their subassemblies, in accordance with mechanical drawings, work instructions, routings, and other written and/or verbal specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test electromechanical products
  • Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot issues
  • Operate tools and equipment required for assembly and testing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude and abilities
  • Computer literacy and basic PC skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
