Job Summary:

Marotta Controls is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the production of our precision control components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality procedures to ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action activities to identify and resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality excellence
- Perform receiving inspection of components, in-process inspection steps of motor assembly and testing, and final inspection of completed motor datapacks

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field of study
- 4+ years' experience in quality-related function
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including AS9100 and ISO9001
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
