Job Title: Lead Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Associate to join our team at Leafwire. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive and friendly environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Dispensary Manager and Assistant Manager in all activities related to inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization.
  • Develop and maintain rapport with patients, vendors, service providers, and staff, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Process cash transactions, ring up sales, and manage the Point of Sale System.
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, monitoring floor stock, and participating in inventory counts.
  • Facilitate the new membership and patient renewal processes, including data entry and managing the patient database.
  • Perform other related work as required, including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and maintaining a current stock of educational materials.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
