Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred in convenience store, travel center, or related industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and email; operational understanding of POS software.

Work Environment

The Store Lead will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and team members. The role requires standing, walking, and repetitive use of legs, as well as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The work environment may be loud and exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons.
