We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at Aldi Inc. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of store associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Supervise and coordinate store operations, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory
  • Participate in training and development of store associates
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods of time
