Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full Time Store Associate to join our team. As a Full Time Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Support the sales process by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Able to provide superior customer service.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
