About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Management Development Program. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and master the knowledge and skills necessary to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company.
