Position Overview

The Senior Client Service Representative plays a pivotal role in achieving retention and revenue objectives associated with a specific group of existing season ticket holders and donors. This includes managing renewals, referrals, upgrades, and add-ons for premium seating and luxury suite holders. The individual will cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide tailored communications, events, and benefits to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a dedicated portfolio of clients through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Enhance client retention and growth through effective management of renewals and annual contributions.
  • Facilitate payment processing, account modifications, and resolve ticketing inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing venues for events, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients.
  • Support the planning and execution of game day and special events across various sports.
  • Implement departmental business strategies aimed at exceeding ticket sales and fundraising targets.
  • Develop and execute client engagement initiatives and outreach campaigns.
  • Provide customer service support during assigned events and games.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management through various communication channels.
  • Strong passion for client engagement and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Positive, resilient attitude with a focus on teamwork and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of two years in customer service or sales-oriented roles preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
