Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated Temporary Financial Service Consultant I to foster relationships with our valued members. This role is essential in delivering a comprehensive service experience and is designed for a temporary period of 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture new member relationships.
  • Assess and suggest appropriate products, services, and lending options tailored to individual member requirements. Facilitate connections with certified financial service consultants for loan applications.
  • Manage member accounts and transactions, including deposits, investment accounts, and the establishment of new accounts.
  • Handle cash transactions for members while ensuring accurate maintenance of cash drawers and vault balances.
  • Process requests for new cards, PIN modifications, and card reissues.
  • Initiate claims for credit/debit card fraud and manage charge disputes.
  • Engage in special projects and undertake additional tasks as required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, training, or other professional events.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a banking or credit union environment.
