About the Role

Slalom, a next-generation professional services company, is seeking an experienced Transformational Business Development Lead to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our Global Strategic Accounts Team, you will leverage your sales expertise and strategic thinking to expand our presence in the technology industry.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and managing a profitable book of business opportunities across our Strategic Account portfolio. This will involve driving the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline generation to contract negotiation and closing deals with current and net new clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and identify cross-selling opportunities within the account.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology services. You should have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through consultative and solution-based selling. Strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize across accounts are essential.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive base salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, with a targeted range of $155,000 - $175,000. In addition to this, you may be eligible for a quarterly and annual discretionary bonus.
