Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Delivery and Retrieval Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up cassettes at customer locations, ensuring smooth customer transactions, and maintaining the highest level of safety and security standards. This role requires excellent time management skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver, pick up, and reconcile cassettes at customer locations
  • Collect CAD and MAD cash cans or replenish redemption terminal cassettes based on daily needs or supervisor requests
  • Complete paperwork and follow established procedures
  • Remain alert and prepared, following established safety and security protocols
  • Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled throughout the daily scheduled run

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and maintenance of a satisfactory driving record
  • Excellent ethics, integrity, attention to detail, and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Maintain professional demeanor
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
