Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Sales Consultant to join our team at Shrivers Compounding Pharmacy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on promoting all pharmacy programs with each customer, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Promote all pharmacy programs with each customer.
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt payment for prescriptions and store merchandise.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:
