Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Epicor Administrator to manage and optimize our Epicor ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, report generation, and SQL database management, ensuring efficient operations and supporting business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Epicor ERP system to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Develop and generate reports using Epicor reporting tools and SQL queries to support business analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements and modifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Perform regular system backups and updates, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Provide training and support to end-users regarding Epicor functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Epicor Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP and its reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database management and report generation.
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic and related development tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API, BAQ, .NET, and other ERP tools is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
