About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Program Manager to join our team at DCS Corp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients in the delivery of complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Contract Management: Develop and manage contracts, including A/E design and construction contracts, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Closeout Support: Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate, and that all necessary closeout procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma plus 30 years of related experience with proper certifications.
  • Certifications: Adjudicated DoD Secret Security clearance on the first day of employment.
  • Skills: Proven experience in federal design and construction contracts, A/E design oversight, contract modifications, and cost estimation.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Bentley MicroStation.
