Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at Innvite Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front office operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-in & Check-out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests.
- PMS Operations: Manage our property management system to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless operations.
- Cash Handling & Credit Card Transactions: Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Switchboard Operation and Telephone Etiquette: Answer and direct phone calls, and provide excellent telephone etiquette.
- Front Office Emergency/Security Procedures: Respond to emergency situations and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Reservations-Guest Rooms and Meeting Rooms: Manage reservations and ensure that guest rooms and meeting rooms are prepared for arrival.
- Assist with Administrative Duties as assigned by Management: Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Keep Front Desk Area & Lobby Neat & Tidy and Clean Daily: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Minor Decision Making: Make informed decisions to resolve guest issues and concerns.
- Take Group Reservations & Set up Group Blocks: Manage group reservations and set up group blocks as needed.
- Sales of Guest Rooms with New Arrivals and Phone Inquiries: Sell guest rooms to new arrivals and respond to phone inquiries.
- Follow All Policies & Procedures as Outlined in the Employee Handbook: Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
- Must be Neat, Clean & Well-Groomed in Proper, Clean Uniform with Name tag: Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance in a proper uniform with name tag.
- Operate Laundry as Directed: Operate laundry as directed by management.
- Maintain a Professional and Hospitable Attitude to all Guests, Associates & Vendors: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and hospitable attitude towards all guests, associates, and vendors.
- Fluent Verbal & Written Communication in Proper English (Spanish, if possible): Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
- Basic Math: Possess basic math skills.
- Hand Writing: Possess good handwriting skills.
- Computer Skills/Keyboard/Typing Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including keyboard and typing skills.
- Operate a 10 Key Calculator: Operate a 10-key calculator with ease.
- Hospitable, Civil Contact with the Public: Possess excellent communication skills and provide hospitable and civil contact with the public.
- Ability to Work Independently, with Little to no Supervision: Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to Complete Multiple Tasks Simultaneously: Possess the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Night Audit/Basic Accounting Skills/Training: Possess basic accounting skills and training.
