The Corporate Communications Strategist will work closely with various departments including Commercial, IT, Operations, Finance, and HR to spearhead our internal and external communication efforts. This role is pivotal in formulating and executing a comprehensive marketing communications strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, possessing extensive experience in advising senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing communications strategy, encompassing advertising, branding, product promotion, and compliance matters.
  • Create, develop, and disseminate consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across global functions to craft targeted communications based on insights into products, customers, and industry trends.
  • Establish and manage efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials.
  • Investigate and adopt new communication channels and platforms to enhance marketing outreach.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to effectively showcase our offerings and amplify our messaging.
  • Develop the necessary internal and external resources for successful communication program implementation.
  • Stay informed on current trends in interactive media and marketing.
  • Engage with organizational leaders to ensure communication strategies are in harmony with company objectives.
  • Formulate and manage a high-level, strategic public relations plan, including objectives, tactics, performance analysis, and timelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting and routinely utilizes standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While executing the responsibilities of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, and communicate verbally. The employee may need to lift or move office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.

Position Type

This is a full-time role, typically requiring Monday through Friday availability.

Travel Requirements

Travel is primarily local during business hours, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel expected.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in marketing communications for both internal and external clients.
