Overview of Customer Service Operations at Cardinal Health
Customer Service Operations plays a pivotal role in delivering proactive solutions, conducting inquiry research and resolution, and performing root cause analysis.

By acting as intermediaries for both internal and external clients, Customer Service Operations significantly enhances the customer experience through effective use of inbound and outbound communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner to both internal and external clients.
2. Manage and redirect incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
3. Review and address customer inquiries and requests through case management, phone, email, web, and fax, adhering to departmental service levels.
4. Provide specialized knowledge and assistance to customers regarding return authorizations, order tracking, complaint resolution, EDI customer setup and maintenance, website support, and credit card inquiries and payments.
5. Process return authorizations and generate return labels for customers.
6. Track and trace customer orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
7. Assist customers with web registrations and inquiries.
8. Process credit card payments for customers.
9. Conduct daily research and resolve customer complaints/issues assigned through the Salesforce database, phone, email, and website.
10. Edit customer orders as requested by clients or sales representatives.
11. Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School diploma with 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or a minimum of a 2-year degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in phone communication within a customer service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Compensation:
Anticipated hourly range: $15.00 - $18.69

Bonus Structure:
Not eligible for bonuses.
