Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Summerwood Master. As an Associate Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales growth, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor, and inventory costs.
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff, including management and hourly employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing labor costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
