About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our customer base in a highly productive and sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through aggressive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week to maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Utilize and manage our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information and track sales performance.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes a collaborative and respectful team environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent experience in outside sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of success, with a minimum of 2 full calendar years of sales experience.
  • Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including strong data entry and organization of sales data.
  • Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler, President's Club, or Dale Carnegie, is preferred.
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales, with a focus on building rapport and overcoming objections.
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality, with a can-do attitude and a love of being challenged.
  • Organized and able to move clients through the sales process, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate presentations and one-on-one meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams.
