Senior Family Law Paralegal Opportunity

Gravis Law, PLLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Family Law Paralegal to join its team in the Richland, WA office. As a leading provider of legal services, Gravis Law is committed to delivering exceptional results and unparalleled client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in family law, with a proven track record of success in managing complex cases and providing exceptional support to attorneys. As a Senior Paralegal, you will play a critical role in the success of our team, working closely with attorneys to ensure seamless case management and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage attorney dockets and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Review files and confer with attorneys to discuss case status and upcoming deadlines
  • Assist attorneys with preparing for client meetings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Draft and file legal documents, including briefs, memorandums, and discovery
  • Maintain client files and communicate with clients on a regular basis
  • Conduct legal research and provide recommendations to attorneys
  • Provide exceptional support to attorneys and contribute to the development of SOPs and workflow processes
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certificate preferred
  • 5+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong background in family law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service
