Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney

A high-level attorney with 5+ years of law practice experience is sought by Gravis Law, PLLC. The successful candidate will thrive in a supportive environment with autonomy to manage their workload. The attorney will receive a substantial portion of their work through the firm's lead generation and marketing efforts, as well as from other attorneys in the office. They are expected to generate a portion of their own billable work and participate in events and leadership activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mediation experience with a successful track record
  • Significant trial experience with a strong success rate
  • Research and analysis of complex legal issues
  • Writing and drafting of legal documents
  • Marketing and business development
  • Discovery and due diligence in preparation for litigation
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills
  • Schedule management and consult closure
  • Invoice approval and financial management
  • Support staff management and utilization
  • Client information and engagement management
  • Brand expansion and social media engagement
Requirements:
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent legal research skills
  • Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
  • Admission to the bar in the state of practice
  • 5+ years of experience as an attorney

The attorney is expected to meet quarterly collection requirements and participate in the firm's bonus program. Additional information will be provided to the attorney for review and signature.
