**Job Overview:**

As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to create meaningful connections with every customer, leveraging your personalized sales expertise to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing the latest devices and personalized services offered by AT&T.
  • Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to foster strong relationships.
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Stay adaptable and open to change, as this fast-paced environment requires flexibility to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but AT&T provides comprehensive training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

**Compensation:**

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you can earn between $16.70 - $20.58 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities that can exceed $62,460 per year.
