Business Development Manager

As an Assistant Manager at OneMain Financial, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This leadership position is ideal for individuals with a passion for financial services and a desire to develop their skills in underwriting, collections, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and collections goals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example in providing personal loan solutions, using underwriting decision-making and collection activity to drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, working with them throughout the loan process and loan life cycle.
- Present financial solutions that meet customer needs, based on their goals and objectives.
- Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan, ensuring a clear understanding of their financial obligations.
- Manage the life cycle of the loan, including closing loans, collections activities, and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assist in the training and coaching of Branch Team Members, providing interim leadership in Branch Manager absences.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in achieving established business goals and objectives.
- Experience in financial services leadership.
- Ability to obtain Insurance Licensing within 6 months of start date, if required by state.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
