Occupational Therapist Role Overview

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at MGA Homecare, you will focus on the pediatric population. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing expert occupational therapy services to children facing a variety of challenges, including physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, activities of daily living (ADL), and social/emotional issues.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments for all assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Offering clear and supportive guidance to patients and their families throughout the therapy process.
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and punctuality in all documentation.
  • Collaborating on collective goals for each patient, promoting a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited therapy program.
  • Active state licensure as required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience is preferred, pediatric experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
