Position Overview:

Role Summary:
We are looking for a warm and approachable Receptionist to enhance our Administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service abilities, and a genuine passion for assisting families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors warmly and assist them as needed
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Support the human resources team with administrative tasks
  • Handle the processing of ID badges and maintain employee records
  • Oversee the receipt and dispatch of all mail and packages
  • Assist the executive team with urgent tasks and meeting preparations
  • Coordinate office activities, including catering orders
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Provide assistance to other departments as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in data entry and Excel
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is preferred

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22, based on experience.
