Position Overview
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is in search of a dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist. If you have a passion for enhancing the lives of children through effective speech therapy, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Licensing Requirements
Applicants must possess either a Colorado State Special Services Provider License or a State Teacher's License. This role offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications for the Role
To qualify for the Speech Language Pathologist position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA certification
  • State Speech Language Pathology License
It is essential for all Speech Language Pathologists to hold a state license. If you are not currently licensed in a specific state, our licensing team at PDS will assist you through the process.

Daily Responsibilities
As a Speech Language Pathologist, your daily activities will focus on improving children's lives. Your work will be meaningful, helping students achieve success in both educational settings and beyond.

You will deliver high-quality services tailored to students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans. This includes:
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments
  • Writing comprehensive reports
  • Identifying strengths and areas of concern in speech, fluency, language, and oral motor skills
