Job Title: Ophthalmology Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physician leader to serve as the Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs in our Department of Ophthalmology. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world-renowned institution and contribute to the growth and development of our clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the expansion of our clinical operations across multiple practice sites in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.
  • Work with our education leadership to coordinate faculty activities at our teaching sites.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations and patient care.
  • Collaborate with our faculty and staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • MD degree and board certification/eligibility by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
  • Eligibility for Texas medical licensure.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME (or equivalent) accredited residency in ophthalmology.
  • Preferred: AUPO accredited fellowship in a subspecialty of ophthalmology.
