Nuestro cliente está en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Construcción con experiencia en el sector de Obras Civiles Pesadas para unirse a su equipo. El candidato ideal contará con un sólido historial en construcción civil pesada, con experiencia comprobada en al menos una de las siguientes áreas: pavimentación, nivelación, trabajos de servicios públicos, estructuras o carreteras de gran envergadura. El supervisor será responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias en el sitio de construcción, asegurando que los proyectos se completen de manera segura, a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de los trabajadores de construcción y subcontratistas en el sitio.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones de seguridad y políticas de la empresa.
  • Interpretar y ejecutar los planes de construcción, planos y especificaciones.
  • Monitorear el progreso del trabajo y proporcionar informes diarios al gerente de proyecto.
  • Mantener el control de calidad para garantizar que todo el trabajo cumpla con las especificaciones y estándares del proyecto.
  • Gestionar la logística del sitio, incluyendo equipos, materiales y mano de obra.
  • Resolver cualquier problema o conflicto que surja durante la construcción.
  • Capacitar y orientar a los miembros del equipo para promover una fuerza laboral calificada y eficiente.
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva con gerentes de proyecto, ingenieros y clientes.

Calificaciones:

  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en construcción civil pesada.
  • Experiencia comprobada como supervisor en al menos una de las siguientes áreas: pavimentación, nivelación, trabajos de servicios públicos, estructuras o carreteras de gran envergadura.
  • Sólido conocimiento de métodos, materiales y equipos de construcción.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planes y especificaciones de construcción.
  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
  • Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable.
