At Superior Insurance Partners LLC, we are a rapidly growing insurance brokerage platform dedicated to providing commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefit solutions to companies and individuals.
We partner with leading independent insurance agencies in the Midwest and Eastern US, aiming to improve the lives of our agency partners through tailored plans, customized resources, and long-term economic incentives.
Our Mission
We create a highly tailored plan for each of our agency partners to help them achieve their goals and provide customized resources, including accounting/finance, recruiting, HR, AMS/IT, marketing, and M&A support.
About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about building relationships with clients, collaborating with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seeking improvement, and demonstrating the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage high volumes of incoming calls and identify client needs to achieve satisfaction
- Quoting, endorsements, certificates, and contribute to the renewal process
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within time limits, and follow-up to ensure a resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years client service experience working in insurance
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Experience with Applied EPIC a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
