Job Title: Sales Manager for Freight Forwarding

Job Description:
Orient Express Container (OEC) Group is a leading freight forwarder in the transportation industry, providing services to over 50,000 customers worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the local territory.

Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
Negotiate rates, create quotations, and build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Pursue continuous business development and achieve monthly and yearly team KPI targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales/business development with at least 1 year experience in sales leadership or senior sales required.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry is required; strong preference toward experience with ocean freight.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred.

Benefits:
Competitive annual base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 + uncapped sales commission.
