Role Overview:

In this position, you will engage in uniquely assigned projects under the supervision of your Program Manager, catering to both internal and external clients. As a Personal Security Specialist, your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between corporate executives, clients, and senior security management teams, while providing close protection for C-Level executives and their families. Your duties will be executed in compliance with IO Security, LLC policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring safe and secure transportation for C-Level executives and their families.
  • Responding to emergency situations, including medical and non-medical incidents.
  • Providing physical security and addressing staffing shortages.
  • Managing client requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Completing any additional tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor or Program Manager.

We seek an individual with a background in special operations who possesses exceptional multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capability to work independently on assignments. This role may require collaboration with supporting teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure that clients' security needs are met professionally and in a timely manner. The selected candidate must demonstrate flexibility and sound judgment in dynamic situations and be prepared to perform duties on both national and international levels. Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in Executive Protection.
  • All current or former military personnel must provide documentation of honorable discharge.
  • Comprehensive training in firearms and defensive tactics.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in both corporate and family settings.
  • Eligibility for employment within the United States.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Successful completion of an extensive background check.
  • Special operations experience is required.
  • Proximity to Longmont, Colorado, or willingness to relocate.
  • Possession of a current state-issued concealed carry permit and eligibility for armed security licensing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Proven competence in emergency response and management.
  • Extensive international experience.
  • Strong communication skills across diverse backgrounds.
  • Good judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • All applicants must pass a Physical Agility Test prior to the start date.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required, training will be provided if necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and U.S. Passport are essential.
  • Graduation from a reputable executive protection training program or equivalent experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this role ranges from $83,000 to $104,000 annually, determined by experience and performance during the interview process. This is part of a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
