Job Summary

The Human Resources Compensation Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firm's compensation programs, working closely with the Head of Compensation and Benefits, and collaborating with stakeholders from all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data for compensation analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Design and implement financial models to evaluate various financial scenarios, predict business outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage accurate records of employee compensation and benefits information.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation matters and assist with structuring offers for new employees.
  • Administer day-to-day and quarterly processes related to the company's stock plan.
  • Manage global headcount reporting and review new and existing roles within the organization.
  • Support the firm's RFP and RFI HR data requests, as well as HR-related data requests and analytics.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of compensation experience required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, with experience in creating macros and VBA programming a plus.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or a public company preferred.
  • Applied experience with HRIS technology and HR data analytics, with Workday HCM expertise preferred.
  • Understanding of equity and/or incentive programs as a compensation tool preferred.
  • Highest degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
