• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
