Multilingual Customer Support Representative

- A reputable family-owned service provider is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist with customer support and collections.
Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist:
- Perform various office support duties.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team, processing orders and gathering necessary information.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Input data into the system regarding customer orders and payments on a daily basis.
- Conduct collection calls and emails for overdue accounts.
- Assist with billing inquiries and support.
Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist:
- Comfortable working in a small office setting.
- Experience with data entry into software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Essential Skills for the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist:
- Proficient technology skills.
- Strong and accurate typing abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to contact customers regarding payments.
