Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service, pricing, and product recommendations to internal and external customers.
  • Process domestic and international sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues related to delivery, lead time, pricing, and product recommendations.
  • Maintain working relationships with sales, shipping, and production teams.
  • Ensure data integrity with purchase orders, confirmations, and customer information.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Some post-high school education preferred.
  • 2-4 years of customer service or sales-related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
