Job Title: Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Specialist to join our team at Eco-Life Employment Group. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for handling escalated accounts, payment plans, and EZ TAG maintenance while ensuring PCI compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish professional rapport with customers through timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Perform duties related to the administrative hearing process, including creating and maintaining pre/post dockets.
  • Maintain PCI compliance when collecting and processing payments.
  • Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets to maintain operational standards.
  • Reconcile payments, toll tags, and prepare end-of-day reports.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service/relations and/or call-center environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with expertise in de-escalations and negotiations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change.
  • Knowledge of state statute and requirements for toll violation and collection processes.
