We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Specialist to join our team at Eco-Life Employment Group. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for handling escalated accounts, payment plans, and EZ TAG maintenance while ensuring PCI compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish professional rapport with customers through timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Perform duties related to the administrative hearing process, including creating and maintaining pre/post dockets.
- Maintain PCI compliance when collecting and processing payments.
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets to maintain operational standards.
- Reconcile payments, toll tags, and prepare end-of-day reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service/relations and/or call-center environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with expertise in de-escalations and negotiations.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change.
- Knowledge of state statute and requirements for toll violation and collection processes.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
