Position Overview:
As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will utilize your technical skills to enhance enterprise operations and technology, ensuring ongoing service excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Duties:
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance for corporate IT systems across various locations.
Diagnose and resolve advanced technical challenges, adhering to established protocols and industry best practices.
Oversee work requests to guarantee quality and timely completion, ensuring all assigned tasks meet service level agreements.
Work in partnership with stakeholders to collect additional insights and address moderately complex issues.
Engage in process optimization and automation projects, contributing to ongoing improvements.
Create and uphold documentation standards for products, processes, and environments.
Communicate proficiently with both technical and non-technical personnel, including senior management.
Provide support for desktop and mobile operating systems, including Windows and Apple macOS.
Install, maintain, and support desktop applications, and manage application provisioning through Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Assist with audio/visual systems and provide related support as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of technical experience.
Associate's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, collaborative team environment.
Experience with IT asset management throughout the computer lifecycle.
Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware.
