Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, provide high-level customer service, and ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- Administrative Duties: Accurately document patient information, manage electronic medical records, and perform administrative tasks as directed.
- Quality and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment, follow OSHA guidelines, and adhere to universal precautions.
- Finance and Growth: Assist with fiscal management, maintain established par levels, and contribute to the growth of our clinic.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting, Surgical Tech, or Practical Nursing Program.
- Certifications: Current Certification or Licensure with no restrictions, and BLS Certification.
- Skills: Knowledge of infection control, sterile technique, and basic health and safety precautions, as well as administrative skills and ability to multitask.
- High Energy Level: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Tactful and able to relate sensitively to patient needs.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to establish credibility with physicians, staff, and patients.
