Job Overview

As a Requirements Management Analyst, you will work within the Ship Design Team to provide engineering support to the U.S. Coast Guard on various acquisition and sustainment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inputs to specification development and trace requirements.
  • Document and manage changes to specifications and related documentation.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience with collaboration tools, such as SharePoint.
  • Certification in IBM Rational Dynamic Object Orient Requirements Systems (DOORS) is preferred.
Education and Clearance
  • BS or MS in a Technical, Engineering, or Marine field.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Work Environment

Hybrid work arrangement, with two days a week at USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.).

Compensation and Benefits
